Temple Open House

I went with my roommate and Kyana, who I mentor, down the Temple Open House. The temple, of course, was so beautiful. It sits right next to the street so you can't miss it. My friend was able to explain to Kyana in simple terms what we do in the temple so she could understand. Kyana really liked seeing all the pretty rooms; especially the big chandelier.






Two weeks ago was the dedication. President Eyring and President Monson spoke at the session I went to. They both spoke on the heritage of where the Temple was built. It was really neat to hear how it was foretold many years ago that a temple would be built there. Pretty amazing!
